Seat Cordoba Temperature Sensor Issue
Summary of the thread
A Seat Cordoba owner experienced issues with the air conditioning, spray nozzles, and mirror heating, linked to an error with the outside temperature sensor. The error memory indicated a potential problem with a cable or plug connection. After considering whether to attempt a DIY fix or seek professional help, the owner opted for a workshop visit. The workshop confirmed the outside temperature sensor was faulty, replaced it, and resolved the issues.

Fuses I checked already. I am not sure it's the outside one to be honest, but the error memory says it is. Where exactly was the sensor located in your Renault? And how did you figure out it was the sensor?

Well, in my case, the garage ran some diagnostics. They pinpointed the interior sensor. I'm no expert, but if the error message says outside temperature sensor, it probably is. Could be a loose connection, but honestly, tracing that can be a nightmare. If you’re unsure, maybe just get a quote from a workshop? At least you'll know for sure.

Alright, so I took it to a workshop. You were right. The outside temperature sensor was faulty. They replaced it, and now everything's working fine. Cost me 95€, but at least the AC is back on and the mirror heating works. Thanks for your input.

Sounds like a pain. I had a similar issue with my old Renault Megane, but it was the interior temperature sensor. A/C was acting up too. Are you sure it's the outside one? Maybe check the fuse first?
