Seat Exeo massage seat malfunction
Summary of the thread
The massage seat in a 2012 Seat Exeo was malfunctioning, with the function unable to activate and an error stored. The initial suspicion was a defective cable or plug connection to the massage seat switch. After checking the fuses, which were fine, the issue was confirmed to be a defective plug connection. The problem was resolved at a workshop for a repair cost of 95€, restoring the massage function.

Thank you for the suggestion. I did check the fuses; they seem ok. Could you tell me the specific location of the fuse in your Jaguar, and any other troubleshooting steps you did on the seat switch?

In my case, the fuse was located within the primary fuse box under the hood. Given that the fuses are ok I suggest you visit a workshop to check the wiring.

I took the car to the workshop. They diagnosed a defective plug connection, as I thought. Repair cost was 95€. Massage function is now working.

I had a similar problem with the seats in my Jaguar a while ago. Error was stored, but the function wouldn't activate. Did you check the relevant fuses? That was the issue for me.
