The connection issues do seem to fit the incorrect pairing cause. Given the error memory points directly to that, I reckon a visit to the workshop for a reset/re-pairing is the best bet to resolve this.

Got it sorted. It was a glitch during the pairing process. Cost 45€ and my phone connects again. Thanks for the help.
