Control module, you mean the one that controls the headlight range? How did you figure out it was that on your Opel? And how can I check the headlight switch?

In my case, the error memory pointed towards a malfunction in the headlight adjustment. I wasn't able to fix it myself. I'd suggest taking it to a workshop to get it properly diagnosed. It does sound like a defective servomotor in the headlight.

Thanks for the help. I took it to the shop and you were right, it was a defective servomotor. Cost me 1040€ to replace.

I had a similar issue with my Opel Insignia a few years back, the adaptive headlights were acting up. I think it might be a problem with the control module that manages the light intensity. Have you checked if the headlight switch is properly connected? Or maybe there's an issue with the auto-leveling system?
