Seat Ibiza FR Lighting and Indicator Issues - Need Help!
Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing some issues with my 2023 Seat Ibiza FR, which has 17,000 km on it and runs on a gasoline engine. I'm getting a fault code B114429 related to the turn signal switch implausible signal. The high beams only work when pulled on auto at night or on full mode during the day, but they don't flash; they just stay on. Additionally, when I indicate and turn a corner, the indicators don’t return to neutral and stay on.
I've already replaced the stalk and the clockspring as advised by my mechanic, but this hasn't resolved the issue. I've also inspected the wiring but found no problems.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on what might be causing these issues or how to fix them?
Thanks in advance!

It's possible that the issue could be related to the Body Control Module (BCM), which manages the lighting and signaling functions. Try resetting the BCM by disconnecting the battery for about 10 minutes, then reconnecting it. This can sometimes clear any glitches. If the problem persists, it might be worth having the BCM checked or reprogrammed by a professional. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!
