Seat Ibiza GPS Antenna Problem
Summary of the thread
The conversation revolves around a 2016 Seat Ibiza experiencing a "No GPS reception" issue, with diagnostics indicating a faulty GPS antenna. The problem is likely due to a defective antenna, as suggested by the error code. A recommendation was made to check the GPS module connection, but ultimately, replacing the antenna was advised. The issue was resolved by replacing the antenna at a workshop, restoring the navigation system's functionality.

Thanks for the quick reply! Where exactly can I find the GPS module to check the connection? I'm reasonably comfortable working on car electronics, but I'm not sure where to start looking for the GPS module itself.

Given the cost and the error code pointing directly to the antenna, a replacement is probably the only solution. If you are not 100% sure, I would recommend visiting a workshop.

I followed your advice and took it to a workshop specializing in car electronics. They confirmed the defective GPS antenna and replaced it. Total cost was around 200€. The car navigation system is now working perfectly again. Thanks a lot for your help!

Sounds like the GPS antenna is indeed the most likely culprit. Have you checked the connection of the GPS module in the car electronics? Sometimes a loose cable can cause such issues.
