Seat Inca air suspension issue

Alright, I've got a Seat Inca, 2001, gasoline engine. The air suspension is toast. Can't lift anymore, it's leaning, error in the speedometer, error stored and the ride is super bumpy. I reckon it's the bellows valve. Anyone seen this before?

That sounds very similar to an issue I had with my Inca. If the vehicle is leaning to one side, especially after being parked, the bellows valve on the shock absorber might be the problem. The suspension system is designed to maintain a level ride height, and a faulty valve can cause air to leak out of the pneumatic suspension, leading to suspension failure. How bumpy is the ride?

Thanks for the quick reply! Yep, it leans to one side. And the ride is pretty awful, feels like there's no shock absorption at all. Was it definitely the bellows valve in your case?

Indeed, all symptoms were the same. Considering your description and the error messages, a defective bellows valve is highly probable. I would recommend you visit a workshop as soon as possible and let them check your suspension system. Driving with a failing air suspension can be dangerous and cause further damage.

Right, thanks. I'll get it booked in with the local garage. Looks like it'll be around 590€ for a new bellows valve. I appreciate you taking the time to answer.
