Summary of the thread
After replacing the battery in a 2003 Seat Inca, the power windows stopped functioning, and an error was recorded in the error memory. The suspected cause was an unsuccessful window regulator initialization. The solution involved taking the vehicle to a workshop where the window regulator was reset using diagnostic equipment, resolving the issue.

I checked the fuses, and they seem fine. I disconnected the battery as you described. What exactly did you do to fix your car window?

Yes, it was the same issue. I tried a few things myself, but in the end, I had to take it to a workshop. They said the window regulator needed to be reset using diagnostic equipment. It seems that after disconnecting the battery, the car electronics lost the correct settings for the window motor.

Thank you for the advice. The car window issue is now resolved. I went to the workshop and they had to initialize the window regulator. The final car repair cost was 290€.

I had a similar car window problem with my Inca. After changing the battery, the power windows stopped working, and there was an error message. Have you checked the fuses related to the car electronics and window motor? Also, did you disconnect the battery correctly, waiting a few minutes after turning off the engine?
