Seat Inca smartphone pairing problem

Hi, I'm having a weird issue with my 2000 Seat Inca gasoline. It has 103664 km on the clock. I can't connect my smartphone and there's an error stored in the error memory. Could this be an incorrect pairing issue? Everything else seems fine, like the brakes, fuel system, and ignition system. This malfunction is annoying.

Summary of the thread

A 2000 Seat Inca owner experienced difficulty connecting their smartphone, with an error stored in the vehicle's memory. The issue was suspected to be related to incorrect pairing, possibly linked to electrical faults. A recommendation was made to consult a professional, and the problem was resolved at a workshop, confirming it was a simple pairing issue.

Did this summary help you solve your problem?

I have a similar Inca. I also had issues connecting my smartphone. Does the error memory mention anything about electrical faults?

Interesting. Did you also experience any function restrictions because of it? The error message does seem related to electrical faults.

Yes function restrictions too. I'd recommend getting it checked by a professional. It's likely just a pairing issue, but best to be sure.

Great news I got it sorted at the workshop. It was indeed a simple pairing issue. Cost me 45€ to get it fixed. Thanks for your help!
