Seat Inca Tire Pressure ABS and Steering Issues
Summary of the thread
A 2000 Seat Inca diesel exhibited a tire pressure warning, an illuminated ABS lamp, vibrating steering wheel, and heavy steering. The initial inspection of the tires showed no obvious issues, but a slow puncture was suspected. The problem was traced to a faulty valve causing a slow leak. Replacing the valve resolved the tire pressure warning and steering issues.

I did check the tire pressure with my tire gauge. They all seemed fine at first glance. But you mention a slow puncture, how did you determine that was the issue in your case?

In my case, the pressure loss was gradual. I only noticed it when the symptoms got severe. Even with the tire gauge, the pressure didn't seem drastically low at first. Turns out, it was a defective valve causing a slow leak. If you are not seeing any obvious flat tire, I suggest you visit a workshop.

It was a faulty valve. Replaced it, and the tire pressure warning and shaking are gone. Total cost was 280€ Thanks for the advice.

I had something similar on my Inca ABS light, vibrating steering wheel, and heavy steering. Have you checked all your tires with a tire gauge, even the spare? Could be a slow puncture.
