Thanks for the quick reply! Where exactly is the flasher relay located on the Inca? And what voltage should I expect when testing the circuit?

Based on the error codes and the age of the vehicle, a faulty connection is quite plausible. Unfortunately, I do not have the exact location of the flasher relay, but a repair manual should provide that information. As for the voltage, you should see approximately 12V when the turn signal is activated. However, given your expertise, it might be prudent to take it to a workshop if you are not comfortable with electrical diagnostics. A professional scan tool can pinpoint the issue more accurately.

You were spot on. The garage confirmed a faulty connection on the turn indicator. Repair cost me 95€ Thank you for the insights.

The symptoms you described definitely point towards an issue within the automotive lighting system. Given it's a model from that time, I would start by thoroughly inspecting the flasher relay. Check for any signs of corrosion or damage. Have you checked the bulb itself? A seemingly intact filament can sometimes be the culprit. I would recommend a multimeter to check the continuity of the circuit. Is the error message consistently present, or is it intermittent?
