Thanks for the quick reply! Where exactly is the flasher relay located on the Inca? And what voltage should I expect when testing the circuit?

Based on the error codes and the age of the vehicle, a faulty connection is quite plausible. Unfortunately, I do not have the exact location of the flasher relay, but a repair manual should provide that information. As for the voltage, you should see approximately 12V when the turn signal is activated.
