Seat Leon electrical malfunctions and control unit issue

My 2016 Seat Leon with a gasoline engine is giving me headaches. At 100404 km, the error memory is showing an error, and I'm experiencing general electrical malfunctions. The navigation system is also not working. The workshop suspects implausible control unit programming.

Sounds like a software bug. I had similar electrical issues with my Vauxhall Insignia. Navigation went haywire, error messages popping up. They suspected the control unit too.

Interesting. What did they do to fix your Vauxhall?

They ended up doing a software recalibration of the control unit. That fixed it. If the workshop thinks it's the programming, they're probably right. Best to get it sorted, could cause more problems down the line.

The workshop confirmed the control unit programming was implausible. Recalibration cost 240€. Everything's working again. Thanks for the insight.
