Thanks for the quick reply. I haven't seen any warning lights, but yes, the vibrating is worse at higher speeds. How did you resolve your steering issue?

In my case, it turned out to be a faulty steering sensor. I didn't attempt any DIY fixes and took it straight to a workshop. They confirmed the sensor failure and replaced it. That solved the heavy steering and vibration problems. A proper alignment is crucial after sensor replacement, so it's best to have a professional handle it.

Took the Leon to a trusted workshop, and the steering angle sensor was indeed faulty, likely due to coding issues. The sensor replacement, with the necessary alignment adjustments, totaled 195€. Steering is now back to normal. Thank you for the advice.

I had a similar issue with my Leon, though I can't remember the exact mileage back then. The steering became heavy, especially at low speeds. Did you notice any warning lights on the dashboard? Also, does the vibrating steering wheel happen all the time, or just at certain speeds?
