Where are the climate control fuses, and how can I get more detail from the error message?

A defective glow plug is likely, given the symptoms and error. Getting more error code detail might be tricky without diagnostic tools. The climate control fuses are usually in the fuse box under the dash or in the engine compartment. The owner's manual should have a diagram. If you're not comfortable, take it to a workshop. They can pinpoint the problem and replace the glow plug, saving time and frustration.

Took it to the shop and you were right. The auxiliary heater glow plug was faulty. Cost 440€ to fix. Thanks for the help.

Sounds like a common auxiliary heater issue. Have you checked the climate control system fuses? A blown fuse could cause the parking heater to fail. Is the error message specific? Does it mention the glow plug or another heating system component?
