Seat Leon Hybrid Temperature Issues

I have a 2023 Seat Leon, hybrid engine. Recently, the temperature readings on the dash have been all over the place. The check engine light is on, and the engine seems to take forever to warm up. I'm thinking it might be a restricted airflow problem with the cooling grille. Anyone else had this?

A restricted airflow issue can cause those symptoms. Have you checked the cooling system for any obstructions? Any ECU errors?

I'll take a look. Any idea where to start with checking for obstructions? And how would I read ECU errors? Never done that before.

Similar thing happened with my Leon. Get the cooling system inspected, specifically the cooling grille. A diagnostic tool will reveal any stored DTCs, though for definitive resolution consulting a qualified workshop is advisable.

Turns out it was just a defective fuse related to the cooling grille. 52€ all in to get it sorted. All good now.
