Seat Leon Hybrid Wiper Issue

I am experiencing a problem with my 2022 Seat Leon hybrid. The windshield wipers are not working. The vehicle has 187298 km. An error is stored in the error memory. The probable cause is a defective cable or plug connection. I suspect the wiper switch. Is this a common problem?

Yes, there was an error stored in the error memory. Do you recall what the fix was for you?

Confirmed. It was a similar connector issue near the steering column. I suggest a workshop visit. Cost me about 95€.

The problem was a defective wiring harness to the wiper motor. The wipers are working again, and the error is gone. I'm glad they're now working correctly.
