Seat Mii Electric blower motor and AUC sensor issue

My 2021 Seat Mii Electric is playing up. The blower motor's completely dead, and after plugging in the diagnostic tool, it's throwing up an AUC sensor fault. I'm guessing this air conditioning sensor is buggered, which is stopping the auto recirculation from working. Anyone else had this? I'm thinking it's probably a cable or plug connection issue, but before I start tearing things apart, I wanted to see if anyone had experience with this HVAC sensor issue?

Sounds like a faulty AUC sensor. I had similar problems with my Mii. Check the connections to the air conditioning sensor. Could be a loose plug or damaged cable.

Thanks for the quick reply! When you say check the connections, is it easy enough to get to the AUC sensor? Or is it buried deep? I'm fairly handy with a wrench, but don't want to start pulling the dash apart if I don't have to. Is it the same as the HVAC sensor?

Yep, same issue. If you're getting an AUC sensor fault and the blower's not working, it's almost certainly a connection problem. I wouldn't recommend messing with it too much yourself unless you really know what you're doing. Just take it to a garage.

Just wanted to say thanks for your help! Took it to the shop as you suggested, and it turns out it was a dodgy connection to the AUC sensor like you said. They charged me 95€ to fix it. Blower's working perfectly now, so I'm well chuffed!
