A diagnostic scanner revealed control module errors and the error memory indicated coding discrepancies. Resetting the codes with the scan tool might be a reasonable approach?

A diagnostic scanner revealing control module errors and the error memory indicating coding discrepancies strongly points towards a coding malfunction. While resetting the codes with a diagnostic scanner might temporarily clear the error messages, it is unlikely to rectify the underlying problem if the coding is genuinely incorrect. It is advisable to seek assistance from a qualified technician with expertise in vehicle diagnostics and coding. They can accurately diagnose the root cause of the coding issue and implement the necessary corrections to the control module's programming. I would recommend having the vehicle inspected by a professional as soon as possible.

The shop confirmed a coding issue. They reset the codes, brought the control module to the latest version and recoded it correctly. It cost 360€, but the error is resolved.

The fault codes on your Seat Mii electric, along with the information displayed on the infotainment system and speedometer, suggest a potential issue with the vehicle's coding. Have you attempted to use a scan tool to retrieve the specific fault codes? Also, were any recent software changes or modifications performed on the vehicle before these issues started?
