Seat Mii Electric Cruise Control Problem

My 2020 Seat Mii, the electric one, has developed an annoying issue. The cruise control just stopped working! I'm getting an error message in the speedometer, and the cruise control is totally unresponsive. I've got almost 60000 km on the clock. The error memory mentions something about a defective cable or plug connection. Has anyone dealt with this before?

Sounds like a faulty system to me. I had a similar cruise control malfunction on my Mii. Did the diagnostics show anything?

Diagnostics did show an error, yes. Something about a faulty system. Was it the same for you? Where was the issue?

Yep, sounds exactly like my issue. The dealership suspected a problem with the steering wheel controls themselves, or the wiring to it. They checked the connections and found a loose plug. You'll probably have to take it to a workshop.

Thanks! I took it to the shop, and you were right. It was a bad connection in the steering wheel. 95€ later, the cruise control is working. What a relief!
