Seat Mii seat heating malfunction
Summary of the thread
A 2011 Seat Mii owner reported a malfunction with the seat heating, suspecting a defective heating mat due to an error in the memory. Another person with a similar issue suggested that the problem might be a break in the heating element, which can be diagnosed by a workshop using a multimeter or diagnostic tool. The owner later confirmed that a workshop identified the heating element as defective and repaired it.

I am not sure of the exact error code. Is there a way to find out which heating element is defective?

Yes, it's likely a break in the heating element. A workshop will be able to pinpoint the faulty heating mat using a multimeter or diagnostic tool. Unfortunately, these heating repair jobs are not cheap, prepare for heater failure bills.

Thank you for the insight. I took it to a workshop and they confirmed the heating element in the seat was defective. The automotive repair cost me 390€.

I had a similar issue with my Mii a while back. The seat warmer just stopped working. Does the error memory point to a specific heating element?
