Seat Tarraco Diesel Terminal Issue

I'm having trouble with my 2021 Seat Tarraco diesel. It has 178310 km on it. The error memory says "Terminal 15 ignition positive interrupted." The engine won't start. The error message suggests a defective cable or plug connection, and a repair cost of about 95€. I've checked some basic things, but where should I start looking for the defective component? Any ideas about the power supply to Terminal 15?

Terminal 15 is the ignition positive. I assume the car won't start? Did you check the battery terminal connections? Are they clean and tight? Does the starter solenoid click when you try to start it?

Thanks for the quick response. Yes, the car won't start. I checked the battery terminal, and it seems fine. I didn't listen for the starter solenoid clicking. Where is that located, and what should I listen for?

If the battery terminal is okay, and the car won't start and you have that error, then it sounds like a cable or plug. I'm a novice, and wouldn't want to advise you to start pulling apart the fuse box. I would get it professionally diagnosed.

I wanted to share that I took the car to a workshop. They found a defective plug connection in the fuse box, like the error memory said. They replaced the plug, and it's all working now. The bill was 95€, just like predicted. Thanks again for the help.
