Seat Tarraco electric steering column problem
Summary of the thread
A 2018 Seat Tarraco owner experienced a problem with the electric steering column adjustment, which stopped working and displayed an error message. The issue was suspected to be related to a cable or plug. Another person with a similar experience suggested checking the fuses and ultimately recommended visiting a workshop. The problem was resolved at a workshop, where a loose connection was identified and fixed, restoring the steering column's functionality.

Cheers! Fuses seem fine. Was your issue exactly the same – no adjustment at all? Did you get any error messages?

Yep, that sounds like what happened to mine. No adjustment, error message. I poked around a bit, but in the end, I took it to a workshop. They found a loose connection. I would suggest taking it to a workshop to get it checked.

That's sorted now! You were spot on. I took it to the workshop, and it turned out to be a dodgy connection, just like we thought. 95€ later, and my steering column is adjusting perfectly again. Thanks for the heads-up!

I had a similar issue with my Tarraco. The electric steering column just stopped working. Have you checked the fuses? That was my first thought.
