Seat Tarraco Headlight Range Fault
Summary of the thread
A 2022 Seat Tarraco hybrid is experiencing a headlight range control fault, causing the low beam to shine inconsistently. The problem may be due to a faulty headlight range control servomotor or loose electrical connectors. Checking and securing the connectors might resolve the issue, but if not, replacing the servomotor is recommended. The issue was ultimately resolved by replacing the defective servomotor at a workshop.

Thanks! I did jiggle some wires but maybe not the right ones. Where exactly are the electrical connectors you're talking about? I am not sure how to check them. Is there a special trick?

Yeah, those connectors are usually right on the back of the headlight assembly. No real trick, just make sure they're firmly plugged in and not corroded. If that doesn't fix it, it's probably the servomotor itself. Sounds like you'll need to visit a workshop.

Took the Tarraco to a workshop and they confirmed it was a defective servomotor in the headlight, just like you thought. The whole thing cost me 1040€ to fix. Thanks again for your help!

Sounds like a faulty headlight range control servomotor. Have you checked the electrical connectors to the headlights? Sometimes a loose connection can cause weird issues with the adaptive headlights.
