Seat Tarraco Hybrid Brake Issue

That's interesting about the bleeding procedure. I did have the brakes bled about a month ago. Is there a specific procedure for the hybrid system that differs from a standard car? I wasn't aware of any special requirements. Could that really cause the pressure sensor to fail?

Yes, hybrid vehicles often have specific bleeding procedures due to the regenerative braking system. Incorrect bleeding can indeed introduce air and cause issues with the pressure sensor readings, potentially leading to its failure or triggering the error. It's plausible this is the root cause. I'd recommend having a workshop inspect the brake booster pressure sensor and confirm the bleeding procedure was performed correctly. If the sensor is indeed faulty, a replacement will be necessary.

The workshop confirmed the brake booster pressure sensor failure. The replacement part plus labor came to 90€. Vehicle safety is restored!

The symptoms you describe, the error message, poor braking, and logged error codes, do indeed point towards a brake booster pressure sensor issue. Considering the vehicle's mileage and the hybrid system, it's crucial to verify the brake system's bleeding procedure. Was the brake system perhaps bled recently, and if so, was it performed correctly according to the Seat Tarraco hybrid specifications? Improper bleeding can introduce air into the system, which could affect the pressure sensor readings.
