Summary of the thread
A 2022 Seat Tarraco hybrid experienced issues with the outside temperature sensor, leading to air conditioning failure, frozen spray nozzles, and non-functional mirror heating. Indeed, the symptoms align closely. When you mention the wiring harness and connector, was the damage readily visible, or did it require a more detailed inspection with diagnostic tools?

In my instance, the damage wasn't immediately obvious. A thorough inspection revealed corrosion within the connector itself, which was disrupting the signal. Given the similarities in our symptoms, I would advise a careful examination. If the problem persists, I suggest consulting a workshop for proper diagnosis and repair, they can check the sensor malfunction.

Thank you for the insights. I took it to the workshop, and it turned out to be a defective cable connection to the outside temperature sensor, just as you suspected. The repair cost was 95€. Everything is working correctly again.

I experienced a similar issue with my Tarraco. The symptoms you describe, particularly the air conditioning malfunction and the mirror heating issue, strongly suggest a problem with the outside car temperature sensor. In my case, the temperature monitoring system was completely haywire. Have you checked the wiring harness and connector to the vehicle temperature sensor for any signs of damage or corrosion?
