Seat Tarraco Mixture Preparation Error

I'm at my wit's end with my 2019 Seat Tarraco with a gasoline engine! It's got 182311 km on the clock, and I'm experiencing a mixture preparation error. The check engine light is on, the engine's running rough, I'm getting jerking when accelerating, and it even stalls at idle sometimes. I suspect a defective injection valve or injector. I've cleaned the mass airflow sensor and throttle body, but no improvement. Could it be a rich mixture problem?

As suspected, it was a faulty injector. I had all four replaced, along with the necessary seals and gaskets. The car is running smoothly again, and the check engine light is off. Total cost came to 515€. Thanks for your input; it definitely pointed me in the right direction!
