Engine sensor connections, eh? Where exactly am I looking for that? Is it easy to get to, or am I gonna need to dismantle half the engine?

Yeah, I remember the panic when mine went off! Before ripping anything apart, check the oil temperature sensor and its connection first. That's probably the quickest win. But honestly, I'd get it checked by someone who knows what they're doing. Could save you a bigger headache later.

Just got it sorted. You were spot on, I think. They checked the oil gauge wiring and the plug on the temperature sensor, cleaned everything up, and that seems to have done the trick. Cost me 95€, but hey, peace of mind is priceless. Cheers for the help!

Sounds familiar! I had something similar happen with my Tarraco. The oil sensor acted up, triggering the same warning light. Did you check the engine sensor connections? Sometimes it's just a loose or corroded plug.
