Thanks for your input! When you had the issue, did you also get an error message in the infotainment system, and did it store the error in the error memory? Also, how did you resolve the antenna ground issue?

Yes, I also had an error message. Unfortunately, I am not that experienced with vehicle electronics, so I took my car to the workshop. They identified a problem with the antenna ground, which was causing the poor signal and static noise. They advised me to replace the antenna.

I visited my local repair shop as suggested. The diagnosis confirmed a defective antenna. After replacing the antenna and resolving the antenna ground issue, the error message disappeared, and the car radio is now working flawlessly. The eventual repair cost was 255€ thanks for the advice!

I also own a Seat Tarraco and experienced something similar with my car radio. I had a poor signal and a lot of static noise. The vehicle electronics seemed to be the culprit, or at least related. Did you check the antenna connection or the antenna ground? Sometimes a loose connection can cause these symptoms.
