Yes, the traction control light did come on intermittently, and sometimes the power steering felt like it was cutting out completely! The garage ran diagnostics, and it pointed to the steering angle sensor. They mentioned something about 'sensor failure'. Does this sound like what you experienced? I'm a bit worried about the cost.

Okay, traction control light and power steering issues definitely point towards the steering angle sensor. I suggest you get it checked out by a workshop! It’s likely an automotive sensors issue, and better to be safe than sorry with steering. It could be a faulty sensor. I really hope it is an easy fix!

The workshop confirmed it was the steering angle sensor. They said the coding was faulty. All sorted now, cost me 195€. Thanks again for your help!

Oh, that sounds very familiar! I had a similar issue with my Tarraco. The vibrating steering wheel and increased effort are definitely concerning. Did any warning lights come on, like for traction control or the power steering itself?
