Thank you for your reply. Yes, the error message directly references a 'sunroof not initialized' state. I have checked the fuses, and they appear to be in working order. I have not tried disconnecting the battery, as I am somewhat hesitant to do so without further guidance. When you had this problem, was a sunroof calibration necessary in your case? If so, did you do it yourself?

Yes, the error message and symptoms you describe align with what I experienced. I wouldn't recommend disconnecting the battery without proper knowledge, as it can sometimes create further issues with the car's electronic systems. In my case, a simple sunroof calibration at the workshop resolved the problem. It seems the coding process somehow disrupted the sunroof system's parameters. I would suggest scheduling an appointment with a qualified technician to perform a sunroof calibration. It is likely the most straightforward solution.

I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I followed your advice and visited the workshop. It turns out you were correct, a sunroof calibration was indeed necessary. The automobile sunroof is now functioning as expected. The recalibration of the sunroof system cost me 75€.

This sounds awfully familiar! I have a Seat Tarraco as well and experienced a similar issue with my vehicle sunroof after some coding modifications. The sunblind behaved erratically, and the convertible top refused to budge. Did the error message specifically mention a problem with the sunroof system's initialization? Have you attempted any basic troubleshooting steps, such as checking fuses related to the car sunroof or disconnecting the battery for a short period to reset the system?
