Seat Toledo AC not cooling
Summary of the thread
A 2017 Seat Toledo had an issue with the air conditioning not cooling effectively, linked to an error with the rear ventilation flap. The problem was suspected to be a defective cable or plug connection affecting the climate control unit. The suggested solution was to check the rear ventilation flap actuator and its connector, which was confirmed to be the issue. After fixing the loose connection, the AC functioned properly again.

Thanks! Where exactly is that located? And how did you figure out the connection was bad? Any system diagnostics I can do myself?

Yep, same symptoms. The rear vents weren't working, and the front ones weren't as cold. I didn't diagnose it myself; I took it to a workshop. They said it's a common issue. They can test the flap actuator and wiring.

Took it to the workshop, and you were spot on. They checked the wiring and the plug to the flap actuator, and there was a loose connection. They fixed it, cleared the error, and the AC is blowing cold again. Total cost 95€. Thanks for the help!

I had a similar issue with my Toledo. Check the rear ventilation flap actuator. The connector might be the problem. Happened to me last summer, car HVAC wasn't cooling well.
