Seat Toledo Windshield Washer Heater Problem

I am writing to report an issue I have encountered with my Seat Toledo, manufactured in 2003, equipped with a diesel engine. The vehicle is exhibiting a malfunction related to the windshield washer heater. The primary symptom is the presence of an error stored within the error memory, coupled with the observation of frozen spray nozzles during cold ambient temperatures. Based on preliminary diagnostics, the likely cause is a defective cable or plug connection to the component. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and if so, what steps were taken to resolve it?

Perhaps there's a problem with the fuse box? Have you checked the fuse related to the washer heater? Also, are the clogged nozzles affecting the heating element's performance? Just throwing some ideas out there.

Thank you for your input. Regarding the fuse box, could you please indicate the specific fuse number I should inspect? Also, do you have any insights on how clogged nozzles could influence the heating element's operation?

I'm not certain about the exact fuse number or how clogged nozzles directly impact the heating element. I just figured it was worth considering. It might be best to get it checked at a workshop.

I can confirm the issue stemmed from a defective cable or plug connection within the windshield washer heater circuit. The repair, including parts and labor, amounted to 95€. The error memory has been cleared, and the windshield washer system is now operating as intended. I appreciate the assistance.
