Hey. That sounds awfully similar to what I'm experiencing with my Sedici! Thanks a million for sharing your solution - bit of a bummer that it was a faulty injector, but at least I've got a solid lead now. If you don't mind me asking, do you remember how much the whole operation set you back? And has your Doblo given you any other troubles since it was serviced? Hoping I won't have to make repeat visits for the same issue! Appreciate your advice. Cheers!

Hey. Glad to hear my experience could be of help! The whole procedure of fixing the troublesome injector ended up costing me about 515€ - wasn't exactly cheap, but it's a relief knowing the engine's running all good now. Touch wood, I haven't experienced any more misfires since the mechanic did their magic. It's like the ol' Doblo is back to its prime again. Of course, cars can always throw another curveball, but at least for now, all seems well. Rest assured, this isn't something that usually happens intermittently. Once it's fixed, it's mostly smooth sailing. Remember, always take your Sedici to a mechanic you can trust. Good luck and safe driving! Cheers!

Hey there, Massive thanks for the details! Even though 515€ is a bit steep for my pocket, I agree it's worth the peace of mind knowing your engine isn't about to give up on you mid-journey. Great to hear your Doblo has been behaving since the fix. Time to find a reliable mechanic then; your advice has been incredibly helpful! Here's hoping my Sedici is back on its best behavior soon too. Really appreciate your help. Cheers and safe driving!

Fiat 500 MultiAir system defect
If you're experiencing issues with the MultiAir system in your Fiat 500, start by checking the oil level and quality, as the system relies heavily on proper oil pressure. Ensure you're using the correct oil type and that it's clean. If the problem persists, it might be necessary to have a professional inspect the MultiAir actuator for any faults. Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions!

Hey, I had a similar issue with my 2010 Fiat Doblo, fuel-powered too. Symptoms were very much like you described: unstable idling, power loss, a bad exhaust smell, the works. It was unpleasant, especially the jerky rides. The garage confirmed it was a faulty injection nozzle/injector. The mechanic ran diagnostics first, to figure out why the check engine light was on, and it all led to the injectors. The engine was misfiring due that messy situation. It's a somewhat serious problem won't lie. The entire fuel injection system had to be serviced to fix it. They removed the defective one, cleaned the rest, also replaced the fuel filter. Seemed like the whole engine breathed a sigh of relief after that. The process wasn't quick, though, took them the better part of a day. So there you have it. Take it to a trustworthy mechanic, have them run a diagnostic. It's what worked for me. Good luck with your Sedici, hope it gets sorted out sooner rather than later! Safe driving!
