Seeking Advice on 2020 Renault Arkana Navigation System Malfunction

Hey everyone, I'm having a bit of an odd issue with my 2020 Renault Arkana. The navigation system has suddenly stopped working, which I suspect could be a message error between control devices. Has anyone else experienced something like this before? Would really appreciate any tips or insights into resolving this issue, or hearing about your experiences with similar problems. Hey there, had the same issue with my 2018 Renault Kadjar not too long ago. I'm not a car guru by any means, but know some bits from constant tinkering.
