Appreciate the reply, bud. My Tarraco is fitted with a gasoline engine and she's clocked around 149248 KM. As for the last service, it was conducted around 10,000 KM ago. Based on your experience, I guess another visit to the mechanic might be in order. But, I'd love to hear more suggestions before I make a move. Cheers!

Hey again. Thanks for sharing the extra details. With that mileage, a fluid change wouldn't be out of the question, and it might very well sort out your ABS/DSC issue, as it did on my Leon. Yet again, Tarraco might have different setup than Leon. On another note, have you checked your brake fluid level? I know it sounds basic, but sometimes it can really throw the ABS/DSC system for a loop when it's low. Just a thought before you run off to the mechanic – it could very well be an easy DIY fix. If that doesn't do the job, then yeah, a professional diagnosis might be your next best bet. And if you end up going for that transmission fluid change, do let us know if it did the trick for your Tarraco. Good luck. Cheers!

Hey again, thanks for the ideas. I'll definitely give the brake fluid level a check before I do anything else – might be surprised, who knows? If not, I reckon it's high time my Tarraco visited the mechanic anyway. And of course, I'll let you guys know how it goes and if changing the transmission fluid solves the issue. Thanks for your time. Cheers!

Hey, I've had a similar snag on my 2018 Seat Leon. I'm no mechanic but I've tinkered with cars a fair bit. I reckon, you're on the right track with the gear oil being worn out. My trustworthy garage did the job, changed the oil and the ABS/DSC system worked smooth again. Cost me 365 Euro. Not sure if your Tarraco has the exact same setup though. Could you specify the engine and mileage details? That might help me give a more tailored advice. Cheers!
