Seeking Advice on Consistent Low Tire Pressure Issue in 2016 Dacia Lodgy
Tire pressure to low

Hello! Thanks so much for your response. That's a solid lead - could be the TPMS antennas. About the car's info, she's a light blue 2016 Dacia Lodgy, still purring away at 35321 Km. Last service was about a few months ago. No major issues until this tire pressure thing started popping up. I'll definitely get the TPMS antennas checked and see how it goes. Fingers crossed it's nothing more serious or expensive, eh? Cheers!
Hello again! Ah, the Blue Lodgy! She's a beauty, isn't she? My Duster's a fiery red, just so you can picture it. My Dacia was around the same mileage when the TPMS issue popped up, so it might indeed be your antennas giving you a headache. You're doing the right thing getting them checked out. Just a reminder though, also check for tire damage. Sometimes, a small puncture or even worn-out tires can cause a constant low-pressure situation as well. And the TPMS will pick up on that too. Don't worry, it's probably not going to be too serious. Dacias are tough cars after all. Potential costs? Worst-case scenario from my experience - and this is if it's the TPMS plus new tires - you might be looking at about 400 to 500 Euro. But let's hope it won't get that far, right? Best of luck with it and keep us updated! Cheers!
Oi! Appreciate the advice. Fiery red contrasts nicely with my blue Lodgy, aye? Excellent point about checking tires - overlooked that. I'll wager a tenner it's just the TPMS issue, but wouldn't hurt to look at the tires too. And about the potential costs - well, let's just say I'm hoping my wallet won't get a major hit this time around. 500 Euro is a decent punch. I'll keep you updated on how it goes with my Lodgy. Fingers crossed for the best! Cheers!
Hey there! I understand your problem. Had a similar issue with my '14 Dacia Duster. I don't claim to know a lot about cars, just some experience messing around. Took my Duster to the local garage, and turns out, the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) antennas were defective. Cost me around 255 Euro to get it fixed, but it's been good as new since then. You might be facing the same issue with your Lodgy. But without a proper check, it's just a guess. Can you share more info about your vehicle? It'd help with a more detailed answer. Cheers!
