Yo, thanks for swift reply! Really appreciate your help. Y'know, come to think of it, my Lodgy's radio's been acting a bit wonky and the windshield wipes had some delay. Reckon these may also be linked to the electronic trouble you mentioned? As for the mileage, my Lodgy's at a decent 110247 KM and I last had a service about 4 months ago. They didn't mention any electrical faults though. Do you reckon I should take it back to them, or it's time to find a new mechanic? Cheers!

Hey again! Given that your Lodgy's radio is acting up and your wipers are delayed, it might indeed be an electronic issue - plus, the mileage indicates some wear and tear as well. However, it doesn't necessarily mean you need to find a new mechanic - sometimes, these issues simply weren't present or noticeable enough during your last service. Anyway, I'd recommend going back to them first, share your concerns and see what they have to say. If they offer a satisfactory explanation and a realistic solution, then great! If not, considering a second opinion from a different workshop wouldn't hurt. Always helps to keep our trusty rides in top-notch shape, right? Stay warm and good luck with getting it fixed. Cheers!

Hey, truly appreciate your advice! Yes, you're right. I guess I jumped to conclusions there a bit. Will head down to my service garage as soon as I can and discuss it over with them. If the explanation and solution doesn't match up, I'll explore some other workshops. Thanks again for your help and fingers crossed for a solutions soon. Keep safe and warm, cheers!

Hey there, I had a similar problem on my 2014 Dacia Sandero. I'm not an expert, I have some DIY experience with cars, but no professional training whatsoever. When I had the issue, I took my Sandero to a reliable local shop. They diagnosed that the issue was a defective cable connection, not allowing the heater on the spray nozzle to properly work. It cost me about €95 to get it all fixed up. One question I have for you, have you noticed any other strange things happening with your Lodgy like electronic issues or odd nozzle behavior before they froze? It could provide some clues. Best of luck with getting it sorted! Cheers!
