Seeking Advice on Non-Starting 2021 Renault Arkana: Possible Issue with Parking Heater

Hey, thanks for your quick reply! The thing is, I don't have any warning lights on the dash. It's all normal there. When I try to start it, I just hear a low whirring noise but nothing else happens. My Arkana has run a decent 159765 km but I had my last service just a month ago, and they didn't find anything wrong then. I'll check out the glow plug though, it's worth a shot. Super useful to know about your experience - wouldn't want to be charged an arm and a leg for a parking heater if it's something else!
