Hey! Thanks for sharing your experience, it gives me a head start. As for your question about fault codes, I didn't get any that I noticed. Just hit the 19293 KM on this Duster and didn't face anything like this on the last service. So yeah, I guess taking it to the garage seems like a good option. Appreciate your insight.

Hey there, no problem at all! It's good that you're keeping an eye on those fault codes. From my experience, if it was something major, the fault code would probably make its presence known. Considering you're not getting any specific codes, it's worth having that windscreen heating element checked out. Like I mentioned before, it isn’t the cheapest fix, but hey, we need those heated windows in this weather, right? Before you rush to the garage though, just check the fuse box. It might seem obvious but sometimes it can be a simple fuse issue. If everything's intact there, I’d say get a pro to take a look at the heating element. Anyway, keep us posted and good luck with the Duster! Cheers!

Hey, cheers for the info! Yeah, totally agree, gotta have those heated windows functional, especially when the frosty season hits. I'll check the fuse box as you suggested before I take it down the pro route. A simple solution would definitely be nice. Will keep you guys updated how it goes. Thanks for the help really appreciate it!

Hey there, sounds like we've been in the same boat! I encountered a similar issue with my 2012 Dacia Logan. Now, I only have some car knowledge, I'm not a pro or anything. But in my case, you guessed it right, the culprit was a faulty windshield heating element. Took it to my local garage, and they sorted it out. Cost? About 585 Euro, give or take. Not cheap, but it did the trick! To get a better idea of your situation though, could you let me know if any specific fault codes popped up on your Duster? More details would help narrow down the issue quicker. Cheers!
