Hey! Thanks for sharing your experience. To be honest, I'm not sure if my Dokker is using a similar window system to your Lodgy. Your repair price sounds reasonable though, cheers for that info. So far, my ride has served me pretty reliably despite having more than 16000 km on the clock. This is the first major problem I've faced since the last service, and hopefully, it's just a simple fix like yours. I'll chat to my mechanic about the window switch. Might be a good place to start.

Yo! No problem at all. I'm glad to hear that your Dokker has been reliable overall. Cars can be a handful at times but it's all worth it when they run smoothly, don't they? As for your issue, it's great you're going to chat with your mechanic about the window switch. Do ask them to check the wiring as well. It's usually overlooked, but it can cause a lot of unexpected problems! And, if it happens to be your window regulator, don't fret. It's not as complex or as costly a fix as it sounds. Just make sure they get the right part for your model. Cars and their quirks, eh? Hope your issue gets sorted soon!

Hey, couldn't agree more! They can be a real pain, but it's a great feeling when they're running smoothly. And thanks a ton for your advice. I'm definitely gonna ask my mechanic to check out the wiring and the regulator. I've got my fingers crossed that it's just a simple fix. I'll keep your words in mind about making sure they get the right part. Hopefully, I'll be back on the road enjoying my ride soon. Cheers to cars and their quirks! Thanks again for your help!

Hey there! I can relate to your situation. I've had a similar problem on my 2013 Dacia Lodgy. I'm not a car expert, but I have some experience tinkering around with car stuff. In my case, it turned out that the window switch was defective. I took it to my local workshop where they diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and fixed it for me. The repair set me back by about 130 Euro. Do you know if your Dokker is using a similar window system to mine? That could help in understanding if it's a regular issue or something specific to your model.
