Seeking Advice: 2023 Renault Arkana Hybrid Persistent Low Tire Pressure Issue and Potential TPMS Fault
Summary of the thread
A 2023 Renault Arkana Hybrid is experiencing persistent low tire pressure warnings, leading to suspicions of a faulty tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). A similar issue was resolved in another Renault model by addressing defective TPMS antennas, suggesting this as a potential cause. Hey, Really appreciate you taking the time to share your story. My Arkana hasn't seen a doctor since it hit 56393 km. Even the last service didn't pick up on this. The low tire pressure warning is rather pesky I tell ya. I’ll definitely keep the TPMS antennas thing in mind when I visit my guy. I reckon it's high time I took the wheels for another check-up, don't want the Arkana to lose her rhythm you know. If anyone else has dealt with the same issue, I'm all ears! Thanks again!

Hey again! Always a pleasure to help a fellow petrolhead out! So, you've clocked in around 56393km, huh. Since our cars share DNA, I might be able to help you there. When my Megane hit 50000 clicks, it started throwing similar tantrums, tire pressure warning lights flickering like a disco ball, somewhat the same scenario. My advice, head to a trustworthy car doc, and mention the TPMS antennas. Could also be a false alert because of some software glitch, seen that happening too! It cost me a fair amount, but, man, it was worth it. Your Arkana should roll like new. Safe driving!

Hey there, old chap! Your tip makes a ton of sense! I'm starting to think we're on the same wavelength here. Got a good workshop in mind and I'll take her along over the weekend. Gonna bring the TPMS antennas issue and the possibility of a software glitch to their attention. The peace of mind that comes with smooth drives is surely worth the cost. Thanks for the insights, brother! Keep on cruising! Cheers!

Hey there! Had somewhat of a similar problem on my 2021 Renault Megane Coupe few moons back. Just a bloke with some car savviness here. I took my precious to a reliable workshop in town that I normally hit up. They sorted me out and mentioned something about defective TPMS antennas. My ride was back on track after shelling out 255 euro. But hey, hairball situations like these can be different depending on your specific car model. Mind sharing more about your car? Year, model, mileage - anything you could provide could help us dig deeper and offer a more tuned-up solution for ya. Catch you!
