Tire pressure to low

Hey, bud! Thanks for the heads-up, it's a real relief to hear it from someone who rolled with the same punch. I gotta say, your experience hits the nail on the head. It's possible I'm in the same boat with this tire pressure sensor battery biz. Just wondering though, do you have any rough idea how much it set you back to get the sensor battery replaced? And since then, did anything else resurface, or is your Kia running problem free? Hoping your Forte's still revving strong! Cheers!
Hey there! Yeah, glad I could ease your nerves a bit. I know uncertainty is the worst when it comes to these unpredictable buggers we call cars, ain't it? With regards to the cost, It set me back by 280€ to get the bugger sorted out. And since you asked, the whole 'Sensor battery empty' headache hasn't made a comeback since. Just had it done once and ta-da! My Kia's Tire pressure sensor's been quiet like a baby asleep. So, all I can say from my experience - once you get this rectified, your beautiful beast should be back to running smooth once again. Hope your Ceed's back on track soon. Keep 'er running! Cheers!
You have no idea - your message is exactly what I needed to hear. Your words are honestly like a life-jacket in this sea of unpredictability and I'm glad it’s just a battery replacement job and nothing major. Sure, a 280€ bill hurts a bit but, hey - peace of mind and safer drives are worth far more! It's comforting to know you've had no repeat bouts with the sensor issue, makes me feel confident that once I get this taken care of, my Pro C'eed should give me no more sass about tire pressure. Thanks again for sharing your experience it's given me a solid direction to head in. Wish you many more smooth-sailing miles with your Forte. Keep the rubber side down!
Hey! You know, I've been through a similar situation myself with my '11 Kia Forte. Started getting a 'Sensor battery empty' warning outta nowhere. From my experience, your hunch about the Tire Pressure Sensor might be spot on. During my encounter with this issue, I found out that these sensors are powered by small batteries. After prolonged use, or sometimes due to irregular temperature drops, these batteries run outta juice leading to the sensor fussing up. It wasn't too big of a predicament in my case, just had to visit the garage, got the sensor battery replaced. So, based on this, I reckon you're looking at a similar remedy. Guys down at the garage did say that it's a common issue with vehicles of our generation, nothing serious. Hope this helps, and your ride's back in top form soon! Cheers!
