Seeking Help for Air Conditioning Issues in a 2019 Dacia Sandero

Hey! Appreciate your swift response! My Sandero has clocked 32556 KM so far, and I honestly cannot remember any previous issue related to the AC. Had the regular maintenance service done recently too. That's why this glitch with the AC is really bothering me. Wonder if it's a common issue with Dacia cars or just my bad luck. Let's see what others have to say about it. Stay greasy!

Hey again, No worries, happy to help! Seems like your Sandero isn't, well let's say, a grandma yet mileage-wise. Looks more like a teenage rebel giving you a hard time, eh? 😁 In my case, the faulty valves I mentioned were messing up the refrigerant flow, hence the AC acting funny. It might also be worth checking your refrigerant level, the compressor, or even the AC fuse, just in case. Not that I'm an expert, but these are some of the things that cropped up when I was troubleshooting my Duster. Your car's maintenance history seems pretty clean and regular, but y'know, these things just happen sometimes. Cars have a mind of their own after all. As for the "is it a Dacia thing?" question, I'm not quite sure. We've got only two data points here, but it sure would be interesting to hear if others have had similar experiences! Keep rolling!

Hey, you made me chuckle! Yeah, my Sandero sure is behaving like a temperamental teenager. I'll take your advice and check those mentioned things, especially the refrigerant level and AC fuse. Your experience does give me a bit of a starting point for what to look next. And you're right, we need more to chip in to see if it is a common problem with Dacia or not. Anyway, thanks a bunch for your insights! Keep the engines roaring!

Hey there, I've had a quite similar issue once with my 2017 Dacia Duster. I'm not a car expert, honestly, just average Joe with some experience trying to fix minor car stuff. Took my Dacia to the local workshop, they've found out some individual valves in the air conditioning system were defective. Good news, they fixed it and even better, at no cost! Zero Euro! Yep! Could you share more about your Sandero? Mileage, any previous AC related issues? That'd help to give a more detailed response. Stay cool!
