Hey, Thanks for the insight! I was beginning to suspect as much with my Nissan NV. Kinda scary though, how all this tech can be hard on the battery. If you don't mind me asking, do you remember how much that battery replacement set you back? And any other issues pop up since the big swap? Appreciate the help!

Hey there, You’re very welcome! Completely get where you're coming from about how all this tech can really place a strain on the old battery. As for the cost, it wasn't exactly cheap but not outrageous either—you know the drill with these things. To replace the knackered battery it cost me about 290 Euro. Everything's been swell since then, thankfully. And remember that previous issue with undervoltage I was worried about? Gone. Completely sorted after fixing the battery bit. Cars, right? Always full of surprises! Do let me know if you have more questions. Happy to help!

Hey, Appreciate your quick reply and for sharing your experience! That definitely gives me some clarity heading into the mechanic’s shop. I will check out the battery problems instead of undervoltage issues. 290 Euro isn't too bad if it means making the rides stress-free. I'll likely get that sorted soon and hopefully not need any more swaps in the future. Fingers crossed! Glad to hear there haven't been any problems since your own fix too. Thanks again for your help. I feel a lot more prepared now. Cheers!

Hey, Been in a similar boat with my '19 Nissan Rogue, petrol engine. I'd noticed similar issues, awkward cranks, dimming lights, you name it. Took it to my garage and after a throughout diagnostics, it turned out to be my battery, not undervoltage. The battery was in a poor state, pretty much toast. They swapped it out for a new one - no huge deal though. It's a component that eventually wears out, especially with all the modern tech and appliances in cars these days, sucking the life out of it. Remember, the battery is the heart of the car. Just keep an eye on it, replace when needed and everything should run smooth. Hope this reassures you a bit!
