Hey, thanks for sharing your experience! Good to know I'm not alone. It seems like these sensor issues aren't as big of a beast as they seem! Just wondering, do you recall how much you ended up shelling out for the fix? Also, any problems or related problems popped up since then? Cheers!

Hey! Glad to see you relaxing a bit about this. For the fix at the garage, I had to part with 155€. To be honest, that's one dinner out plus a couple of drinks at bars, and for sorting out my ride, I felt it was more than reasonable. The peace of mind was priceless! As for your second question, I've had a pretty smooth experience since I got it sorted. The height sensor has been working like a charm, performing at full tilt without any limitations or problems. Looks like taking my Seat Leon to the mechanic paid off really well. Keep me posted on your Tarraco! Cheers!

That's kind of reassuring to know. 155€ isn't as high as I was bracing for! Given the peace of mind you got, it definitely sounds worth it. I'm going to start hunting around for a trustworthy mechanic. If everything goes smooth like yours, I'd be more than content. Your solid advice and experience is much appreciated. I'll certainly keep you posted on how things pan out with the Tarraco. Cheers!

Hey there! I've gone through something similar with my 2020 Seat Leon lately. Turns out, it was indeed a sensor issue as you suspect. In my case, the cable connection on the faulty sensor was defective. It was at the garage where they traced the problem back to the sensor. They gave it a proper look-over, ran some diagnostics, and found that the cable needed a solid tweaking. It wasn't any major issue to panic about, just something that had been neglected for too long. But, once they sorted the cable out, it was smooth driving from then on. Don't sweat too much. Sensor problems sound more intimidating than they actually are. Once you've got a reliable mechanic working on it, you'll be back on the road, enjoying your ride very soon. Cheers!
