Seeking Suggestions for Solving 2011 Kia Soul's Uneven Ride Height and Excessive Bounce

Hey there, thanks for hitting back! Oddly, in terms of recent changes, not much. It's a well-pampered beast with just about 39190 KM on it. No new additions or alterations from my end. One thing I did notice was a mild clunking noise when the car started bouncing more than usual. It's like someone tapping on a steel drum, soft but noticeable. Might this ring any bells? Cheers!
