Seicento Bluetooth Connection Issue

I'm tearing my hair out over my 2007 Fiat Seicento with a gasoline engine. It's got 219612 km on the clock. Recently, I can't connect my phone to the stereo anymore! The garage found an error about a dodgy connection. Anyone else had this in their Seicento?

Summary of the thread

A 2007 Fiat Seicento owner is experiencing issues with connecting their phone to the car's stereo via Bluetooth. The problem was identified as a dodgy connection, confirmed by a diagnostic error. A similar issue was resolved by another owner through professional repair, which involved fixing a loose connection and re-pairing the devices. The solution was effective and relatively inexpensive.

Did this summary help you solve your problem?

I've got a Seicento too. I had a similar problem. Is it struggling to find the Bluetooth signal?

Yeah, basically! It just won't pair at all. It used to connect no problem, but now it's like the Bluetooth module has packed its bags and gone on vacation. Did yours do the same? What did you end up doing to fix it?

Yep, sounds familiar. I couldn't sort it myself. Took it to a workshop; they sorted it out for not too much money.

I took your advice and went to a local shop. Turns out it was a loose connection, just like the diagnostic said. They re-paired everything, and it cost me 45€. Thanks for the heads up!
