My 2000 Fiat Seicento electric's wipers have stopped. Error memory shows a fault. Could it be a bad cable or plug? Trying to avoid a 95€ workshop repair. Anyone else had wiper issues, maybe with the switch or wiring?

Seicento eh? Sounds familiar. Had the same problem. Wiper blades just wouldn't budge. Did you check the wiper motor?

Thanks! I haven't checked the motor itself, focused on the switch and wiring. Was the motor the problem for you, or something else?

Yeah, well, I'm no expert, but it was all tangled up. Had to bring it in. Best bet, go to the workshop. They'll sort it out quick.
