Key fob lights up as normal, and it's affecting all the doors. None of them will lock or unlock using the remote or the interior buttons. It's as if the entire system has just shut down completely. Did yours do the same?

Yep, sounds exactly like what I went through. In my case, it turned out to be a defective cable or plug connection. I ended up taking it to a workshop. They sorted it out pretty quickly.

Turns out you were spot on, it was a defective connection. The repair cost me 95€, which I think is reasonable. Thanks again for your help!

I had a similar issue with my Sequoia's central locking. Does the key fob still light up when you press the buttons? Does it happen on all doors, or just one?
