Sequoia headlight cleaning system malfunction
Summary of the thread
A 2013 Toyota Sequoia's headlight cleaning system and windshield washer system stopped working, despite the fuse being intact. The issue was suspected to be a clog but was later identified as a defective cable connection to the pump, which shares components with both systems. The problem was resolved by repairing the cable connection at a local shop.

Thanks for the tip! I have not checked the pump's electrical connection directly or the relay yet. Where exactly is the pump located, and is the relay easy to get to? Any tips on how to check them?

On my BMW, the pump was accessible from under the front wheel well. However, every car is different, so you probably need to consult your owner's manual. If you're not comfortable with electrical testing it's best to bring it to a workshop.

Thanks! Took your advice and brought it to a local shop. Turns out, the cable connection of the pump was defective, like you suspected. The repair including a new cable was 165€. Appreciate the help!

Sounds familiar. I had a similar problem with my old BMW 3 series. Turned out to be a bad connection to the pump. Have you checked the pump's electrical connector and relay? The headlight cleaning system shares components with the windshield washer system, that's why both stopped.
